Nick Davis has worked in law since 1991 and qualified as a solicitor in 1997.
Nick has extensive experience in the broad spectrum of civil and commercial litigation, where he focuses on achieving the best possible outcome by negotiation where possible and Court proceedings where necessary. He enjoys his cases!
In 2011, he gained accreditation as a Solicitor Advocate in civil proceedings, enititling him to represent clients in the higher courts. He has conducted advocacy in Tribunals, County Courts, the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
Nick is a member of the Solicitors Association of Higher Courts Advocates and the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association.
Outside of work, Nick is kept very busy with his young family.
