Tim Napier was registered at birth as Richard Malcolm Napier but by reason of the fact that he was a large baby his father apparently took to calling him Tiny Tim and the name has stuck ever since and indeed the name Tim has become more important since his son, also Richard, joined the practice.
Tim qualified as a solicitor in 1963 at a time when specialisation was relatively unusual and consequently has a broad knowledge of the type of work likely to be encountered in a High Street practice.
Whilst he formerly dealt with litigation including divorce, during the last 10 years with the expansion in the size of the firm he has focused on Wills, probate and commercial conveyancing though because he started as a general practitioner (legal not medical!) anything with odd quirks tends to be referred to him!
Tim still works full time by reason of the fact that he finds his job still full of interest and hopefully this interest in the job benefits his clients.
