SUMMARY OF RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING FEES

Any quote that we provide is based upon assumptions as to a standard transaction. These are detailed in the quote documentation in our Client Care letter. Transactions are often complex and issues can arise that can be known about at the beginning but it is not possible to build a quote engine that takes them all into account or often they emerge after the quote has been accepted. We set out below our list of standard fees for these more complicated scenarios.

A statement will be issued to you prior to completion confirming all fees that are applicable. Any such fees will be required to be paid on account before any additional work is carried out.

Please note: If for any reason, we are unable to proceed or you choose to close your matter you will still be charged for any additional work that we have carried out.
