2 partner solicitors, one male in the (65+), one female in the (45-55).
2 other solicitors fee earners one female (35-45) and one male (55 to 65).

3 female support staff (2×35 and 1×45-55)

One of our partners is transgender and happily resides on the LGBT+ spectrum. All other employees are straight and identify with the gender they were assigned at birth.
5 of our staff have disabilities recognised within the Equality Act 2010. Most but, not all, are ‘invisible disabilities’ that affect that person limitedly.
2 members of staff went to private fee paying schools, 2 went to selective state schools, 4 went to non-selective state schools and 1 attended school outside the country.

All of our staff are white but, when we have vacant roles, we very much welcome job applicants from other communities. We have clients from all communities; we have been involved with the helping local Sikh community for over 30 years.
Our staff stem from all kinds of different family backgrounds from long term unemployed (1) to the children of small business and shop owners (2) to the off spring of routine and manual workers (3). Some parents were degree holding modern professionals (2) and one person’s parent were luckily enough to be retired whilst they were raised.
One member of staff spends up to 19 hrs a week looking after a disabled member of her family. Another member of staff was a carer until recently, her father is greatly missed.’
