Educated at the University of the West of England in Bristol, Richard has over 20 years’ experience in dealing with all types of Family Law including highly complex financial proceedings.
Richard has a determined commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for his clients by using thorough analysis, preparation and presentation of the facts. He is known for his approachable and pleasant manner with both clients and professionals whilst maintaining a professional standard which has been vital in dealing effectively with a diversity of people and issues.
Tim qualified as a solicitor in 1963 and has just achieved his 50 years in practice certificate from the SRA. He has a broad knowledge of many areas of law, however in the last ten years he has focused on wills, probate, trusts and commercial and residential conveyancing. He is ably assisted by his P.A. Julie Walsh and despite his advancing years still works full time.Tim enjoys spending time with his family and travelling around Europe looking at trains.
Adrian has been with the organisation since 1962 and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Adrian is our Supervising Solicitor for Commercial and Residential Conveyancing.
Outside of work, Adrian devotes his time to his passion of gardening and socialising with friends and family.
Graham studied at the University of Oxford and is a consultant solicitor, specialising in commercial property and litigation. Outside of the office, he is a local councillor and school governor.
Barbara first joined the firm in 1977 as secretary to Adrian Albinson and after having children she came back to us in 1983 as our Conveyancing Manager. Barbara heads up a busy conveyancing department and her reputation brings the firm many repeat customers.
Barbara has two grown up children and four small grandchildren who keep her very busy outside of work.
Michelle Reilly has been with the firm for 32 years and is Adrian’s & Graham’s PA/secretary assisting with the day to day running of commercial property department and more recently some litigation matters.
Julie joined A.N. Law in 1978. Having gained a wealth of experience across all departments in the company, Julie then moved into the role of P.A. to our senior Director, Tim Napier.
Sarah has recently graduated from the Open University with a BA Hons Degree.
Sarah joined A.N. Law back in 2002 and since then, has gained a wealth of experience across multiple areas of the business. Sarah deals with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing and is passionate about delivering an excellent service to her customers.
Sarah supports Barbara Barnett, our Conveyancing Manager.
Kristina is currently studying a Masters Degree in law. She has worked for the organisation since 2006.
Kristina is passionate about delivering an excellent service to her customers and works alongside Tim Napier on Wills and Probate matters and also Commercial and Residential Property Conveyancing transactions.
Colin is studying Law at Liverpool John Moores University and is currently on course to achieve a first class degree.
Colin joined A.N. Law in 2012 and in early 2013 was promoted to become a member of the Family Law Department.Colin specialises in most types of Family law work including Divorce Matrimonial Property and also Maintenance. Colin does have a particular passion in dealing with all aspects relating to Children Act matters, Domestic Abuse and Domestic Violence.
